Step 1 - The Initial Consultation

This step could be considered an introductory process. Normally, we will setup an arrange call to discuss and review your options. This would be a general overview of what you would like to do. And what we can offer. A ballpark estimate can normally be given in this step.

Step 2 - Consultation Review & Clarification

After specific data is gathered in step 1, we can analyize the information, and potentially present you with more options, questions, suggestions, and ideas. The intial consultation might be enough, so more clarifications may not be required.

Step 3 - Official Estimate Contract

After the above steps are thouroughly complete, we will send you an official (valid for 30 days) detailed hours-based estimate for the proposed and discussed work. We do offer discount project rates as well.

Step 4 - The Decision

At this point, you can decide wither you want to move forward or not. You might have some additional questions or some adjustments might need to be made to the Estimate Contract.

Step 5 - Moving Forward

If you decide to hire us, we will move forward to begin the production.
